FURTHER SHIPMENTS Fnvther shipments of stud sheep tr. Australia have, been made lately and it now appears certain that a very good market has been established for New Zealand bred sheep in the, Ana- ' tralian States, more especially South Australia, where this year, the majority - ot the stud sheep have been forwarded. Recent shipments to Melbourne and s Sydney cover Romney Southdown. Bor- • fler Leicester, arid 'Corriedale, sheep, j which have mostly come from the Canterbury, Manawatu, and Wairarnpa districts. Consignments through the stud - stock department of the New Zealand i Loan and Mercantile Agency iComnany, 1 Limited, have included a number of f stud Rycland ewes ex Mr. W. G. (shannon, l'almerston North, to Mr. IL G. llorbolcl of Sydney, and stud Romney ewes ex Messrs, Voss Bros., Longbnrn, to Mr. IL Wardlo, of Brim, Victoria. > Romney sheep for South Australia have been selected from the studs of_well known breeders including Messrs. Voss } Bros.. Longbnrn, R. W. Matthews, Feathcrston, J. A. Mitchell, Longburn, and Blair and Sons, Maxwell, while Corriedale and Border Leicesters have been selected from the following notable Canterbury hocks : Estate of the late Mr. If. T.
