The New Zealand cricketers to-day secured their second win of'the tour, when they defeated Cambridge by eight wickets. Replying to the ’varsity’s first innings score of 102, the visitors made 135. Cambridge were then dismissed again for 128, and New Zealand secured the required number of runs for the loss of two wickets. Fraser, a slow left-hander, threatened a New Zealand collapse, but Wallace, hitting 10 fours and a sixer, made a superb stand. Giving a stylish display of footwork on drives mid square-cuts, he made a rock-like defence and saved the day, assisting the score from four wickets for 4G to 135. , .... ..." .
