CLOTHES ON BRIDGE
DROPPED FROM CAR
(Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. In reference to the clothing found on the Karaka bridge on Monday, George Alfred Woolley, engaged m painting work at Waiulcu, called at tho Waiulcu police station this morning and stated that he had dropped tho -bundle of clothes from a motor car while travelling to Waiulcu on Monday morning. The unemployment levy book was an obi one, and a mistake had been made in tho spelling of his name, which was shown in the book as Worley. A Christchurch message says that a telegram was received by relatives to-day from Mr. Woolley stating that ho was alive and well.
