BODY FOUND ON BEACH

OSLO SEAMAN'S FATE WRIST BADLY CUT (Per Press Association.) . NAPIER, last night. The body of an unknown man. which was found on the beach near Ihe breakwater this morning, was identified this evening as that of .1. ]•'. Petersen, of Oslo, Norway.

Beside the body was a bloodstained pocket knife and the left wrist was badly cut. It was believed that the deceased was a seaman and that ho had fallen on bad times.
