MOSCOW, April N. The Communist I’nrtv to day ordered a clean-up of trade unions in Soviet, Russia, from "lop to bottom," starting a campaign against racketeers, criminals and bureaucrats. The drive was directed against embezzlers, counter-revolutionaries and advue.at.es of capitalism.
