POVERTY BAY GREEN CORONATION FOURS After leading for the greater part of the game in the play-oil' on Saturday to decide the winners of the Poverty Bay Bowling Club's Coronation Fours tournament, Alan Slight's team lost to J. 11. Walker's rink by a margin of one point. The winners of the competition comprised F. 11. Watson. A. W. l'l Bragg, T. F. Crawford and.). IT. Walker (s), and the runners-up wore F. Fredericks (sub.), 11. F. Ritchie, D. G. Robertson and A. Slight (s). On the fifteenth head Slight's team led 18 to 10, but Walker's rink gradually decreased the lead until on the second to last head the score stood .17 to 19 in Slight's favour. On the Until head Walker's side gained a three to win the match 'by 20 to 10.

The Kosher Singles competition also was decided on Saturday, S. McKensuo defeating F. Elliot by 23 points to 17.
