CAN ENTER AUSTRALIA

MELBOURNE, May 8.

No action will be taken by the Federal Government to prevent the entry into Australia of Count von Luckner, the "Sea Devil."

This intimation has been given the Brunswick branch of the Australian Labour Party by the Minister for the Interior, Mr." Paterson. The branch has asked that Count- von Luckner's entry should be stopped as it was claimed that lie intended to propagate German ideas of Fascism. A motion regretting Cabinet's decision, particularly in view of its attitude to Mrs. Freer.' Herr Egon Kisch, and Mr, G. Griffin, was passed at a meeting of the branch.
