PASSPORT VISAS
ENTRY TO RUSSIA DELAYED TOKIO, May 8. Many Australians arriving in Japan and intending to go to Europe _ via Siberia are suffering delays, sometimes of weeks, because Russia's visa of passports has not been granted. To avoid disappointments travellers should arrange for the visa before reaching Tokio. Moreover, they must have Manchukua's and Poland's visas before Russia's is obtainable.
At present it is practically impossible for Germans, Italians and Japanese to obtain Russia's visa.
