INJURED IN COLLISION
PASSENGER AWARDED £BOO (Per Press Association.) INVrmOARGILL, last night. A jury in the Supremo Court to-day Awarded £BOO damages to Henry Maunder for injuries sustained in a motor collision. In reply to the foreman, Mr. Justice :, Kennedy said that if the evidence satisfied the jury that the defendant drove negligently then the jury -would find for the plaintiff. . "You will do that even if you take the view that the negligence was due to.two people, "because the plaintiff jvas a passenger ami the negligence "Of the : driver is riot to be imputed to the passenger as his own personal negligence/' added His Honour. .
