HOTEL CHANGES
PURCHASES AT TAUPO SAKE AT NAPIER
The Spa Hotel, Taupo, has been pur'chased from the estate of the late Mr. P. Charlton by Mr. T. A. Heath who previously held a lease in respect of the establishment, while the Terraces Hotel, Taupo, has been purchased by Mr. ••• > ■ Sheehan from Messrs. Hancock and Company, of Auckland. It is understood that ■the figure involved in each instance was ill the region of £6OOO.
A lease of the Lake Hotel at Taupo, owned by the estate of the late Mr. J. Gallagher, Auckland, has been obtained hv Dominion Breweries. .
The freehold of the Plnmptoh Park Hotel at Meance, Hawke's Hay, has been purchased from Mr. K. Limb-rick l,v Mr. .1. Meikle. formerly of the Tarawera 'Hotel. The purchase price is in the region of £6OOO. In the vicinity of C 16.000 is involved in the sale of the Terminus Hotel, Napier, to New Zealand Breweries. The previous owner was Mr. J{. J. Jeffarcs.
