Muriel Hainsworth Boynton. and the Perpetual Trustee Company, Limited,, executrix and executor respectively of the estate of the late Arthur William Boynton, are suing Charles William: McLeod for pecuniary losses resulting from the death of Arthur William Boynton, who- received: fatal injuries at Flemington in May, 1936. tho share-milker vary according to the term of tho contracts, but it is usually found that he himself has to meet all the expenditure for oilpower, milking machine and separator replacements and harvesting. It. is contended that share-milkers' are placed in a most unfair position." Tho Minister added that although ho recognised that the problem was one of considerable difficulty, it did not appear to him to be incapable of solution. He therefore suggested that tho parties concerned should get together. In the meantime the Government was investigating tho position from the legislative point of view, and ho thought it would be realised by' both sides that any agreement arrived at. on tho lines be had indicated would bo of considerable assistance to the Government in formulating any legislative proposals that, might be considered essential for the not only of tho'share-milker, but'also of tho dairying industry itself."
