WOMAN MISSING
DISAPPEARED FROM SHIP LOST OVERBOARD? (Tor Press Association.) WELLINGTON", last night. When the steamer express Itaugalira arrived at Wellington this morning the police were advised of the disappearance on the voyage from Lyttelton of Mrs. Fulton, a first-class passenger, who was travelling with her husband, and who is believed to have lived near Wanganui.
Mrs. Fulton, it is slated, was returning from Ilamner, and because of the condition of her nerves, her husband was accompanying her. They occupied a two.berth deck cabin, and retired some time after 11 p.m. on Saturday. A stewardess who went lo the cabin about 6.30 a.m. found Mrs. Fulton's berth unoccupied. A search of the ship proved fruitless, and it is thought that the woman left her cabin in the night, without her husband's knowledge, and was lost, overboard.
