Badminton For Fitness

THERE are few games of vigorous, * worth-while typo which can be pltvyed all through the winter regardless of weather. Among them badminton ranks perhaps highest. Its popularity has spread amazingly during its half-century of life, and now it is played all over the world. Badminton has a superficial resemblance to tennis in that it is a net and racket game which can givo exercise and enjoyment; to players of any age, from 10 onwards. Few games can show as many veterans ns badminton. This is not only because the game keeps people fit and youthful, but because strategy and court-craft are so important that players of long experience have much advantage over those who, though more youthful, have less subtlety and skill.
