TIN DREDGER DRIFTING
CRAFT UPSIDE DOWN TUGS STANDING BY (Reed. MaVeli 9, 3 p.m.) AMSTERDAM. March 8. The tin dredger, the Katoeng, which 4ap.siz.ed during a storm near the Eddystono Lighthouse while being towed to the Dutch East Indies, did not sink as was at first believed, and is now drifting upside down along the t'oriiisli coast. Tugs are standing by.
