Mr. I. J!. Cox, a director, of the Metropolitan-Vickers Export Company, Manchester, has arrived at Wellington on a brief visit to New Zealand, accompanied by Mrs. Cox.
East Coast Airways’ plane, ZK-ADS, arrived back at Gisborne this afternoon after having undergone annual survey at Palmerston North. The plane was piloted by Flying-Officer R. A. Kirkup, and leaving Milsom aerodrome at 11.30 a.m., completely the journey shortly after 1.15 p.m.
