SCARBOROUGH, Jan. 12. Messages ivoro Hashed along tho north-east const to-night warning shipping of the presence of an old German mine in the North Sea. At dusk'Mr. AV. Cnnimish, a Scarborough fisherman, 'noticed an object floating about three-quarters of a mile from the coast. Going closer in his boat, ho found it to bo a flouting mine.
