LIBERIAN aOVEKNMKNT (British Official Wiroless.) Reed. 2 p.m. RUGBY, Feb. 12. 'l'llo resumption of normal diplomatic relations with the Liberian Government was referred to by Viscount Cranbornc in answering a question in the House of Commons.
Ho said the appointment of llis Majesty’s Consul-General at Monrovia as His Majesty’s Charge d'Affaires had resulted from the. decision ot the British Government to recognise the Liberian Government.
