MARE QUEEN OF SONG EVIDENCE TO BE lIEAED (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, last night. At a meeting of the committee of the Dunedin Jockey Club, held at Wingatui to-day, before the running of the Dunedin Cup, Mr. P. T. Hogan, when called upon under rule 241, made a declaration that he was the sole owner of the mare Queen of Soim and that no other person or persons were interested, either directly or indirectly, in the horse or its stake earnings. Mr. Hogan undertook lo furnish what proof he had that his declaration was true in every particular, and the committee then adjourned till March 4 to hear his evidence.
