LONDON, Feb. .11. Lack of materials, especially steel, is causing a shortage of motor cars that i.s unprecedented since immediately after the Great War. Manufacturers are unable to supply new models ordered as long ago as October, the chief reason being the absorption of materials by the rearmament programme.
