ALLEGED CORRUPTION W. AUSTRALIAN INQUIRY (Red. Feb. 12, 12 noon) rERTiff, Feb. 12. The Royal Commissioner, Mr. P. L. Hart, who inquired into charges 01 corruption made by Mr. T. J. Hughes in the legislative Assembly against Ministers of the Crown and others reported that none of the charges had been substantiated and he exonerated those attacked by Mr. Hughes.
