In tho Supreme Court, before Mr. Justice Northcroft, Joseph Isherwood, herbalist; faced three charges of indecent assault on males. He pleaded not guilty and his trial occupied tho greater 'part, of the day. The Crown Prosecutor, Mr. A. T. Donnelly, described the case as one of the worst ever before the court. The jury retired for an hour and 10 minutes and fotmd the prisoner guilty on all three charges. ■' He was remanded for sentence, •
Henry Percy Rontoul Ramsbottom Ifhcrwood' pleaded guilty to a charge of* -unlawful assault on a girl under tho age of 16 years and was remanded for sentence.
