GERMANS AT LEVEE (Rood. Feb. 10, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 9. Though omitting the salutation "Heil Hitler," tho German Ambassador, Horr von Rihbentrop, and 17 members of the German Embassy who attended tin ■ King's levee, greeted llis Majesty with the outstretched arm of the Nazi salute.
