MAY MARRY COMMONERS
SWEDISH ROYAL PRINCES BUT ONLY FOREIGNERS (Reed. Feb. 5, 10 a.in.) STOCKHOLM, Feb. 4. Parliament passed an amendment to the. Swedish constitution enabling male members of the Royal Family to marry foreign commoners without forfeiting their right to succeed to the Throne. They are, however, still prohibited from marrying in their own country women of lower rank than themselves.
