BANKRUPTCY BREACH
BUILDER FOUND aUHiTY
(Per Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., this day. Frederick John Duckworth, a builder, was found guilty of a breach of the Bankruptcy Act, in that in his statement to tlie assignee relating his affairs he made a material omission, namely, an interest in a motor car.
The accused was remanded for sen tence.
