CHRISTCHURCH. last nigld, A ease of infantile paralysis in the citv was reported to the medical ollicer of health to day. The patient- is a woman, aged 19 years, who was admitted to the Christchurch. Public Hospital on Monday evening for observation. r lhc diagnosis, completed to-day. proved positive. There is no paralysis. This is tile first case reported for a fortnight.

INVERCARGILL, last night
A girl aged 13 from near Lumsden, was admitted to the (southland Hospital this afternoon with definite paralysis. There are now three cases of inlaid ile paralysis in the hospital.
