YOUNG WOMAN INJURED

STRUCK BY ENGINE ACCIDENT NEAR MILTON (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, last, night. When walking along the railway lino about a mile south of Milton on Tuesday night, Miss Phyllis Andrew, aged 2ti, was struck by the engine of the Milton-Roxburgh goods express, receiving severe head and body injuries. She was removed to hospital. Miss Andrew and her aunt, Mrs. George Patterson, had been to the pictures at Milton and were taking a short cut. home. They were evidently dazzled by the 'headlight of the engine. Mrs. Patterson suffered only slight injuries.
