COMPENSATION CLAIMS
SPANISH WAR VICTIMS ACTION BY FOREIGNERS (Elec. Tot. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Feb, A. 2 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 3. The Norwegian Charge d’Affaires at Valencia has lodged a compensation claim for £20,000 for damages through the shelling of the steamer Gullies, resulting in four sailors being hilled. The" Spanish Government, has informed Belgium of its willingness to deposit 1,C00,000 francs as an indemnity to the family of Baron de Gorchgravo, who was murdered in December while actingsecretary at the Belgian Embassy in Madrid, but demands that Hie case be referred to The Hague Court.
