Ransom and Mrs. Ltansu.n. formerly in charge of the Falvat: i Army at Greymouth and Gisborne, who have been transferred to Blenheim to till the vacancy created by the appointment to Timnru of Major A. 11. Bartlett and Mrs. Bartlett, were accorded a warm welcome at a function held at- the Citadel.
