JUDGE’S TRIBUTE LONDON, Nov. 2. “i never dictate .to the press. They know their business best, and in my experience they do very well;" said Mr. Justice Humphreys at Gloucester Assizes yesterday. A K.C. had asked that reference to the health of his client skoiild not bo published. ‘‘My experience of the press, ’’ said the judge, “is .that they have no desire to injure any person.
