USE OF RED CROSS
A POPULAR MEASURE ( P*.r Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. In Ihi l House of Representatives yesterday, the Hon. F. Jones moved the second reading of the Geneva Convention Bill. He. said the bill prevented the general use of the Red Cross emblem. The Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes said there could he no difference of opinion as to the wisdom of the bill. The bill was supported by other speakers and was read a second time.
