MARCH PLANNED
LONDON COMMUNISTS 10,000 TO TAKE PART (Reed. Oct. 8, noon.) LONDON, Oct. 7. Tho Communists have notified the police that t'hev intend to hold a march in the Last End on Sunday from Tower Hill to a meeting in Victoria Park.
Ten thousand persons are expected to take part. It is stated that the rally was planned before the events of last Sunday.
The Manchester City Council has granted permission for a Fascist meeting provided no uniforms are worn.
