Reed. 9.30 a.m. RUGBY, Oct, 1. The Prime Minister, Mr. Stanley Baldwin, accompanied by Mrs. Baldwin, arrived at No. 10 Downing Street, today.

Mr. Baldwin will spend the night in London and to-morrow will leave for the country to continue his holiday.
