A now Augustus John portrait figures in the portrait, .section- of the National Art Gallery, Wellington, and will remain there during October. It is a portrait of the late lit. Hon. William Ferguson Massey, formerly Prime Minister of New Zealand, as seen by the famous artist and purchased by the Bank of England, which has lent the canvas to the trustees.
