HONOUR TO DELEGATES

The fourteenth congress of the Chambers of Commerce of the British Empire will be officially opened in Wellington to-morrow by Viscount Galwnv. All the delegates will be received by Lord and Lady Galway at Government House this evening. Members of the executive committee were entertained at the Wellesley Club to-day to luncheon, and at 4 o'clock this afternoon the delegates and their wives are being received by.members of the Wellington Chamber of Commerce at the Hotel St. George. There will be a State luncheon after the opening to-morrow. The congress will sit in tne afternoon. deceptions have been arranged for the evening and picnic trips are being organised for Saturday. The conference is to resume on Monday morning.
