GIRL'S FOREHEAD SCAR LONDON, July 14 "It may not matter very much to a man if he has a scar ou his forehead; it matters much more to a woman." said Judge Earengey at Clerkenwcll County Court yesterday. He awarded £-11 13s Od damages and costs to Miss Lucy Julia Roberts, of Cyrus street, Coswell road, against K. Glasscock, hairdresser, of City road, E.G. She complained that, as :: result ot a burn received while having a permanent wave at Glassscock's premises she had a sear on her forehead which would bo necessary to hide by changing the parting of her hair. "We know how much women like to bo in the fashion, or fashions, because there are so many ways of doingone's hair," Judge Earengey remarked. "This young lady will always feel at a disadvantage on change of fashion, because she is bound to restrict herself to tho one fashion."
