ISSUE OF PLANS STRICT SECRECY (Reed. Sept. 29, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 28. Strict secrecy surrounds- the first plans of the liner No. 552, which have just been issued to workmen at the Clydebank shipyard. The design of the sister ship to the Queen Mary is notexpected to be known till the work has begun.
