S.M., in tho Blenheim Atagistrate’s Court, when a- college boy:was charged with failing to give wav 1o right, hand traffic when driving over an inter section. The magistrate, entered a Conviction and ordered the defendant’s license to be suspended until February 1. remarking that tho punishment would be that the boy would be unable to drive during the Christmas holidays.
