OTTAWA, Aug. 22. On about f»G landing fields across Canada, and in oilier living facilities, progress is bring made contemplating a large, development. The- Parliamentary appropriation' for such service was increased by more than £IOO,OOO this year to a total-of £240,1 Ob. 'ibis as largely in anticipation ol aerial services for mails, primarily, but looking ultimately to the passenger business as well.
