AUSTRALIAN RUGBY TEAM COMMENT ON N.Z. TOUR meed. Sept. 28, noon.) SYDNEY, Sept. 28. Upon his return from New Zealand, Mr. G. Shaw, the manager of the Australian Rugby team, said the New Zealahders had treated the team handsomely. The results of the tour were disappointing, but the team was greatly handicapped through injuries and illness. He added: "I really believe that we should have won the first test, and the New Zealand papers agreed that there were cases of illegal interference at vital moments that meant much to us."
