RUSH OF APPLICATIONS COURT IN BARCELONA (Reed. Sept. 26, 11 a.m.) MADRID, Sept. 25. Following the enactment of more speedy divorce laws, especially in cases in which mutual consent is given, 300 applications were filed in a special court in Barcelona in 48 hours.
