SYNCOPATION TRIALS "BLUES" AT BALMORAL LONDON, Sept. 2ft. King Edward is spending much time at Balmoral with his nine pipers. He docs not permit play in the mornings for fear they will awaken the guests, tat likes them to pipe in dinner, recalling them repeatedly to play favourite marches. His Majesty is now initiating them to the mysteries, of syncopation, and one was heard struggling with the "St. Louis Blues."
