PROVISIONAL DIRECTORS QUEST FOR CAPITAL (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The provisional directors of the New Zealand Centennial Exhibition Company, •which was registered on Thursday, i are aa'follows: Messrs. T. C. A. Hi slop, C. J. B. Norwood, D. J. McGowan, Sir Alexander Roberts, Messrs. Charles Todd, J. M. A. Ilott, J. T. Martin, W. A. Appleton, W. McLay, Charles Turrell, Frank Campbell, and C. W. Earle. There are still three Government nominees to be appointed to the directorate. Mr. Hislop said after the first _ meeting"'of directors yesterday that it was anticipated the amount required to go to allotment, £75,000, would be subscribed within a levf weeks. The total capital of the company was £160,000, but there ■would be an intensive drive at a later date to complete the raising of that amount. An.amended prospectus would be available within a few days.
