As the result, of a search which had been in progress since yesterday afternoon, the body of Arthur Leslie Powe, who disappeared on Wednesday, was found in the bed of the Taylor Liver in the vicinity of Burleigh on the outskirts of Blenheim tins morningi. A discharged rifle'was alongside the body. The deceased was 4G years of age. He had been a member of the staff of Marlborough college for the past seven years. Previously he taught at Nelson College. He had' been in ill-health for some months and was on extended sick leave. lie leaves a widow and three grown-up children.
