The need for parties interested in the bobby calf trade to get together and make adjustments in cartage arrangements were stressed this morning by the licensing authority of the No. 1 transport district, Mr. E'. .1. Phelan. Otherwise, he said, lie would be compelled to take more drastic action to overcome the unsatisfaeto-y conditions prevailing in flic industry.
