ORIGINAL FOUND
SONG SHAKESPEARE USED
LOXD.OX, Aug. 17. Lost for three centuries, the original of the song, "Hark, Hark! (he Lark!" which Shakespeare heard when ho first produced '' Cymbcline," has (been discovered in a Manchester library.
It was found by Mr. Arnold Dolmetch, former lecturer at Harvard University, while poring over old music manuscripts in the library. The composer of the original" song as Shakespeare used it is believed to uavio been Thomas Motley.
the disposal of any levies, nines, etc., which may be received' under the Act and also provides that the Governor-General-in-Council may make all such regulations as in his opinion are necessary or desirable for the purpose of giving full effect to the intent and purposes of the Act without limiting this general authority, however large. The number of purposes for which regulations may be made are prescribed! in the Act. These include the appointment of industrial committees, fixation of prices, royalties, discounts, etc.. control of production or marketing, and for whatever may be necessary or expedient for the bureau or any industrial committee to carry out any plan for reorganisation under the Act.
