BODY FOUND ON BEACH (Per Press Association.) TTMARU, this dav. The body of Arthur Mumford, a single man, 53 years of age, was found at- the water’s edge on Caroline Bay this morning. The deceased lived in a bach. Apparently lie was drowned and # the body was left on tlie beach by the receding tide.
