The annual meeting of the Geraldine Racing Club" opened under highly favourable weather conditions. The attendance was large and the track was in excellent condition. Results were:
First Hurdle Handicap.-—* Wexford Bridge. (11. Turner). 1; 2 Redolent. 2; 1. Vitapbone. 3. Scratched: Footwork. Won bv two lengths and one length. Time. 3.2 2-o.
Ohapi Hack Handicap.—2l EVrownilla (M. Caddy), 1: 1 Calotte, 2; 3 Desirable. 3. AH started. Won by a liock and half a length. Time. 1.1-6 2-5.

A decision to send the racehorse Sigurd over to Sydney to contest the Breeders' Plate on Mond'av week has been made by Mr. W. Wigigin's, and the Siegfried colt loft by tho Wanganella. lie will return immediately after tho race to contest ll.ie classics at Trentham and Hicearfon.
