SUM OF MONEY TAKEN PROPERTY OF OFFICIAL (Por Press Association.) CARTERTON, this day. The railway station at Fea'therston was broken into last night- and the contents of drawers .and documents from files were scattered about. Drawers were apparently opened with a jemmy. The sum of £4 or £fi, the property of the siaiionmaster, was stolen. ■

The police consider that the same gang as operated in Carterton and Mastcrton was engaged. Xo other places were entered.
