WORRYING OF LAMBS

Twenty-seven prime lambs were found this, morning in Cornwall Park with throats torn end necks broken as the result of worrying by dogs. The park superintendent was aroused at 2-30 and also at A o'clock, when he fired on two dogs, proba'bly wounding one. _ .
The lambs were in prime condition and a sorrv spectacle was presented by the dead and injured animals this, morning. . - i Every lambing season, dogs visit- the park, but this was one of the worst experiences.
