SYDNEY, Sept. 23. •U the Victoria, Park raws principal interest centred in the Zetland Slakes, in which a number of Epsom candidates were engaged. The race resulted: Brittle Prattle, 7.7 (W Cook), 1; Silver Standard, i.t> (Knox), 2; Cid, 8.5 (Utehards), 3. Twelve started, including Day SlioK, who was fourlli and Panax who came eleventh. Won by ot a length and 2A lengths. Time, law. Golden Gate was second m the hrst division of the Flying Handicap, in which Prince Pombal was unplaced. Capris was second in the second division, in which the joint Epsom favourite, Gay Lover, evas fourth. Hands Up was third and Cerne Abbas and Ilaepata were unplaced in the Novice Handicap, which was won by r lhe Athenian, after the last-named had been cut off at the start, but scored an impressive win. Happy Landing was unplaced in the Victoria Park Handicap.
